Refund Conditions
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
You will need to provide the original order confirmation email as proof of return.
Return Process
If you wish to return the product, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Send an email to service@loinlull.shop or call (725) 699-2923 to contact our customer service team.
Obtain Return Authorization: A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and guide you through completing the return application.
Prepare Return Package: Pack the unused product in its original packaging into a package and clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns by Mail: Please return the package to the address we provide. Shipping costs are your responsibility (unless due to product defect or incorrect shipment).
Exchange Process: For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns. You can contact customer service to specify the product you wish to exchange and follow the steps above after obtaining return authorization. Please note that exchanges may incur additional shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation and returned to your original payment account.
